As Needed Construction & Project Management Services for Broadway Pier Cruise Ship Terminal Project. It is intended that the pier will be used as the District’s auxiliary cruise facility and as a public area when not in maritime use. A new cruise ship terminal will be developed to not only be functional, but aesthetically pleasing as well. It is planned that the terminal facility will serve as a second cruise berth during the future redevelopment of the B Street Pier and in the long term as an auxiliary cruise facility. Best efforts will be made to maximize public access after project completion. The project encompasses removal and proper disposal of the current embarkation platform, seismic retrofit of the pier, and the construction of a LEED certified 52,070 square foot two-way cruise terminal facility.

Basis Remote Managed Support Services. The Port of San Diego is looking for an SAP Basis Remote Service provider. Service provider must have supported companies in the US. Experience should include SAP versions R/3 4.6c and ECC 6.0 with ISPS, ESS and Real Estate, BW 3.0b to BI 7.0, and CRM 3.0 to CRM 5.0. The Vendor should also be able to honor the intent of scope previously presented. Support date is expected to be October 13, 2008. The required service is to perform technical support and monitoring for SAP R/3 Version 4.6C through SAP ERP 6.0, BW 3.0b to BI 7.0, CRM 3.0 to CRM 5.0, Solution Manager, and ESS as well as to ensure that all current SAP-related business processes continue to operate effectively. The contractor will need to coordinate with internal IT staff. The contractor will assume overall responsibility of the SAP basis support, monitoring, and associated duties.
